Revive Media is a rapidly growing Amazon Ads partner specializing in DSP campaign activation across Amazon.com, Prime Video, Twitch, and more. We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Strategy team. You'll drive growth by identifying new opportunities, leveraging your passion for media and strategic problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, spots growth opportunities, and consistently exceeds client expectations. You thrive independently, take decisive action, and are committed to delivering outstanding results.
This role combines strategic thinking, sales acumen, and digital advertising expertise, particularly within Amazon's ecosystem. You'll be crucial in shaping our business development strategies and fueling our market success.
Requirements
- Stay current with Amazon DSP offerings
- Identify and develop ideal customer profiles
- Create and execute prospecting strategies, including sales outreach and introductory calls with potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and clients to cultivate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success
- Work closely with the CRO to support growth initiatives
- Represent and expand Revive Media's profile and reach in the industry
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably with programmatic advertising exposure
- Understanding of digital media ad serving, technology, and associated terminology
- Strong consultative selling approach, with a focus on value-driven solutions
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability across business and technology domains
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Positive attitude and consistent drive to exceed expectations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $120k-$150k + commission. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees and does not include equity and variable pay.
