GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for highly skilled and motivated B2B Sales Closers to join our dynamic sales team. As a B2B Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in converting leads into clients by successfully navigating the sales process and finalizing deals. Your expertise in sales strategies and relationship-building will be essential as you engage with business customers and address their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with qualified leads generated by the sales team.
- Conduct sales presentations and discussions to showcase our B2B solutions and their benefits.
- Effectively communicate with prospects to understand their requirements and tailor our offerings to meet those needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Handle objections and concerns from potential clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
