Full Job Description

RVB Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a reputable company in the industry, we prioritize maintaining efficient administrative processes to support our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. From managing calendars and scheduling meetings to coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with documentation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars and assist with time management for senior leaders
  • Prepare and distribute internal communication and documentation
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining records and files
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team activities
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials as required
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as appropriate
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
