K2D Strategies is a growing fundraising agency that holistically approaches direct response through a channel-agnostic lens. The Account Manager supports our clients and teams through the execution and coordination of all direct response fundraising strategies, including the day-to-day deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities for the Account Manager include:
· Managing ongoing client status calls, creating agenda and driving meeting
· Scheduling and attending meetings; assisting with creation of meeting materials and leading discussion as required.
· Coordinating strategy and campaign execution, including
· Schedule creation and adhering to schedules for direct mail and digital campaigns
· Preparing cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on budget
· Copy, data and art trafficking, including coordinating kick off meetings and vendor schedules, as well as gathering all necessary approvals
· Coordinating production and managing production vendor
· Tracking production schedules
· Approving production QC check points
· Reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling final costs
· Keeping clients up-to-date on progress and results.
Additional Responsibilities
· Participating in webinars and attends conferences/workshops to expand skills
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Team members who are most successful in this role typically have 3-5 years of direct response experience (direct mail or digital, production or account management)
· Demonstrated project management skills
· Basic copywriting/editing knowledge
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Highly self-motivated
· Flexible
· Strong communication skills in both written and oral with the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients and colleagues
· Proficiency in MS Office – particularly Excel
