Rhino Security Labs is looking for an Account Manager to join our team, helping both new and existing Clients with their cybersecurity needs.  

Daily activities include responding to inbound leads, meeting with prospects to understand technical and business needs, and building proposals for Rhino’s technical services to match those requests.    

With technically-inclined contacts in medium-and-large enterprise companies, relationship building is also a key part of the role.  This position will also involve preparing and executing contracts and agreements using Hubspot and related tools.

As a new AM, you’ll be given 1-1 technical training to build your technical understanding on the technologies we deal with every day.  From learning about server infrastructure and networking concepts to how web and mobile apps work, you’ll be able to converse with technical experts and translate that to sales requirements.  Within a few months, you’ll learn how penetration testing (‘ethical hacking’) is actually performed, and be comfortable explaining attack methodologies to enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Candidate should be a self-starter, with a strong interest in learning new technologies (no prior technical knowledge expected)
  • 2-4 years customer service or sales experience, plus a proven track record of establishing accounts and maintaining strong sales growth
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges as part of core responsibilities
  • Prior experience in complex technical sales or B2B sales/customer service a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Unfortunately we cannot sponsor visas)
