About Provider1st:
At Provider1st, our mission is to help providers increase revenue while decreasing administrative burden. We do this by helping protect provider’s data, reducing administrative burden and identifying new revenue streams.
About the role:
- As the Account Executive, you are a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a high growth, fast paced, collaborative environment. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity. You are responsible for developing and closing new business and expanding our footprint in the provider space by selling Release of Information Services within an assigned geographic territory or vertical. You are accountable for exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, prospecting, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams.
***This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Provider Solutions.***
You will:
- Execute a sales strategy to identify new business prospective partners that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, engage with Decision Makers through compelling conversations, demonstrate value of a partnership, and provide a pathway to mutual success for our clients
- Effectively manage time to achieve quarterly metrics to drive successful quota attainment
- Ability to execute on scaled email sequences and cold calling to generate pipeline
- Become a product expert and display sharp business acumen to lead conversations around our solutions and differentiation
- Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare organizations ranging from independent medical groups to Enterprise accounts
- Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure documentation is up to date and accurate in the company’s CRM (Hubspot)
Ideally, you’d have:
- Min 5+ years as a top performer in a quota carrying role, preferably in the healthcare provider space
- Strong communication skills which include phone presence, excellent writing skills and internal/external communication leaving a favorable impression. Earning the trust of providers!
- Demonstrated ability to be coachable and eagerness to learn and grow
- Adaptable with a capacity to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confident, curious, self-aware and focused on self-development
- Performance and impact are our ultimate goals, so this role is a mix of base salary and commission
