About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ABM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement, Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), and revenue within Enterprise retailers in Fashion and Apparel, Furniture, Department Stores and Grocery industries. This role will work closely with the sales team (AEs and SDRs) to deliver personalized experiences to high-value accounts.

Requirements
Strategy Development:
- Define target accounts in collaboration with the sales team, leveraging data and insights.
- Develop comprehensive ABM plans, including one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns.
Campaign Execution:
- Create thoughtful, engaging, and personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns for target accounts, leveraging email, content, digital ads, webinars, events, direct mail and out of home. These campaign tactics should be creative, bold, and on brand.
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop tailored assets and messaging for specific account personas and stages of the buyer journey.
- Use marketing tools (6Sense, Hubspot, Qualified, UserGems) and ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to deliver scalable ABM campaigns.
- Make recommendations for optimizing our current ABM tech stack to unlock additional opportunities for growth.
Collaboration & Alignment:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on account strategies, goals, and metrics.
- Train and enable sales teams to effectively utilize ABM tools, messaging, and content.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation Managers, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to refine targeting and improve results.
Data-Driven Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, website visits, SQOs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Regularly present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data insights and feedback to maximize impact.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on ABM experience.
- Proven success in driving revenue through targeted marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a customer-first approach to marketing.
- Strong understanding of ABM principles, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with cross-functional teams.
