We are looking for a US based Partner Manager to join and lead our global partnerships. As a global partner manager, you will :

1. Work with our technology center of excellence teams to identify and onboard partners that will help accelerate growth.

2. Be responsible to generate leads for our sales teams through the partnership channel.

3. Work with our account teams and drive partner’s tool sales within our existing accounts in NA, UK, EMEA and Israel.

4. Work with our marketing teams to conceptualize and execute partner events aimed at revenue generation.

5. Build relationships with our partner’s sales, marketing, and executive leadership to help drive lead generation to our sales teams.

6. Report revenue against target to our executive leadership.

7. Conduct business reviews with the partners

8. SAP experience is required

Entrepreneurial mindset with 8-10 years of experience working in a partnership role Is required. You should also be able to work with multiple stakeholders, make decisions on price, manage risks, timelines with an ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.

To be successful you need core skills of leadership, organization, and communication (oral and written), laying out a set of tasks and managing them through to a defined deadline. You need the ability to think strategically as well as retain a tight focus on detail, and the ability and desire to take on a new challenge, learn and be committed to the team success.

Requirements

Requirements Must Haves:

Is a self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and able to track tasks to closure

Background and experience in working in partnerships role for a Systems Integrator

Knowledge in tools and platforms used in delivering services in software testing and quality experience.

Ability to analyze a client engagement along with account manager and technology center of excellence to identify opportunities to cross sell and upsell partner tools.

Able to bring teams together and organize them to work towards closing a partner deal

Ability to negotiate favorable terms with partners to drive revenue and profitability.

Ability to effectively communicate with executives at partner organizations and build relationships.

Ability to analyze, plan and organize themselves and others to very tight schedules, effectively identify, record and manage risk, and recognize when to escalate.

Experience of working with marketing teams and executing marketing events with partners

Focus on detail ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Think strategically and see the bigger picture.

Able to be flexible in their working hours to ensure deadlines are met.

MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint proficiency

Requirements preferred

Existing relationships within leading tool and platform vendors and their sales teams

Experience in generating PowerBI and Salesforce reports.
