The Sr. Manager of Partner Marketing is responsible for building a best-in-class partner and channel marketing program. Working collaboratively with the Business Development team, this brand-new strategic role will help grow pipeline and revenue through our existing channel partnerships and support the development of new ones. This role works cross-functionally with other teams too–Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Events, Client Success, and Sales–to optimize partner relationships and the value they bring to our customers. You will work with leaders across the organization to align on go-to-market plans, content and messaging, while bringing a keen focus on execution. The Partner Marketing Manager reports directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement go-to-market initiatives in support of our partnerships and channels team. This will include partner onboarding, enablement, and appreciation events.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with our payroll and timekeeping system partners
- Own and drive collaboration with our partners for joint messaging, field enablement and co-marketing programs
- Handle the planning, execution and communication of these programs (events, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) to internal and external customers
- Work with Product Marketing to create compelling collateral, webinars, events, and field enablement materials
- Develop content and landing pages for larger-scale programs and events
- Contribute to developing strategies for high priority partners, as determined by senior leadership to drive referrals from partners
- Ensure data integrity and quality across our marketing, CRM, and reporting systems–from campaign management to asset tracking and attribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow marketers, salespeople, and CS colleagues in other ways that also develop new and existing partnerships
What You’ll Bring:
- 6-10 years partner marketing experience
- Experience building out new, innovative programs that drive revenue by optimizing partner relationships
- Background in high growth B2B fintech and/or SaaS businesses
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and run multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Proven ability to strategically manage internal and external senior leadership teams
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills, and an
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Data-driven decision-maker
- Experience and familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Looker

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base + bonus. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
