About the Role:

The Sales Director will lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue operations and growth, and cultivate strong client and affiliate relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership, a proven track record in affiliate marketing or digital advertising sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new affiliate and brand partnerships.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and revenue operations organization to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, affiliates, and key stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
  • Monitor sales and operations metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Work cross-functionally with Partner Success and Product teams to align sales and operations efforts with company goals.
  • Stay plugged in to industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or related industries. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or similar degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to motivate and lead a multi-group organization in a remote work environment.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, digital performance metrics, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ready to make our clients happy.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Workspace/GSuite.
  • Mastery of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a strong “work hard, play hard” mentality, bringing enthusiasm and efficiency to every task.
  • Willingness to network with new people, attend conferences, and travel to new places as needed.
