Full Job Description

Texas Insurance Professionals Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. As a subsidiary of Professional Insurance Agents Texas, our company has been providing quality insurance coverage to our members and independent insurance agents across Texas since 1996.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the company's management team in their day-to-day activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar and schedule appointments and meetings for the management team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Screen phone calls and emails, taking messages and responding to inquiries when necessary
  • Maintain confidential files and documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling venues, catering, and logistics
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
