Ironwear is a safety solution provider. For over 30 years we have manufactured, developed and reengineered Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all industrial markets around the globe. We are an established company and are growing!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and organizational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude towards working in a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing documents and reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain filing systems and electronic records to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with paperwork for incoming orders processing
- Print warehouse releases, truck bills of lading, and small package labels
- Perform various other duties as assigned by the operations facility manager
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and scanners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with maintaining filing systems and managing calendars.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management are a plus.
