HR Director

3-6+ month Contract Project Role | Onsite or Hybrid (Consultant's Choice), Austin, TX

Contract starting on April 1, 2024

$75 - $90 /hour W2 Pay Rate

Ourly is looking for an interim talented Human Resources Director for a part time (30 hours a week) or full time (40 hours a week) contract basis. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in HRIS Systems, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Relations and Performance Management. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating on teams and loves the power of flexible work!

Requirements

- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)

- Expertise in HRIS Systems, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Performance Management at an advanced to intermediate level

- Proficiency in LinkedIn and Paycom software

- SHRM certification (preferred)
