LGI Homes is seeking a Help Desk Technician at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Help Desk Technician will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer, network, and peripheral problems for LGI Homes. This role will be a critical resource for all LGI Homes employees, nationwide, resolving tickets in a prompt and courteous manner. This role will use diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and report issue and repairs through the Helpdesk system.
The Help Desk Technician will support security by ensuring all potential threats detected by scans are remedied and documented, configure Active Directory accounts, and maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required, and one year of experience in Desktop Support is highly preferred for this role. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ticketing systems and the ability to write clear and thorough technical documentation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office365, configuration and support of Microsoft Windows 10, desktop/laptop, software and hardware and ITIL is a plus.
