We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, effectively resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing timely responses and solutions to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly responses.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information and ensuring accuracy in the database.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, technical support, and issues resolution.
- Process customer orders and returns in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.
- Manage and respond to customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate or related sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
