About the Role:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our sales and recruitment teams, leveraging our reputation for quality service to build meaningful partnerships with aviation and aerospace companies across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Total Aviation Staffing's client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and areas of potential growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with staffing solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to Total Aviation Staffing’s growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the aviation, aerospace, or staffing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey client needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
