Full Job Description
Edge Electric is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The Admin Assistant is an important administrative role that helps support company operations by maintaining office systems and procedures and providing elevated service to internal and external customers. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with various teams across the company, including HR, estimating, and overall company leadership.
This is a full-time role with immediate availability. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare office supply orders
- Schedule travel for management as needed
- Answer and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Order and restock office supplies, cleaning supplies, restroom essentials, etc.
- Order, organize, and maintain PPE inventory
- Order, organize, and maintain Edge merchandise
- Order, organize, and maintain awards and recognition gifts
- Organize company events/meetings
- Scan/file documents as needed for all departments
- Post office visits as needed
- Check and distribute mail
- Resolve returned mail issues
- Order/issue / maintain iPhones / iPads
- Prepare new hire spaces with desk, PC, monitors, keyboard, phone, office supplies, request email address, etc.
- Request website updates as needed
- Other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
