Are you looking for an administrative position where you can showcase your customer service and organization skills? City Wide has an immediate opening for a bilingual Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position will maintain good order in the office, with duties including organizing paper and digital processes, maintaining our Independent Contractor compliance program, contacting accounts receivable, and various other administrative duties.
Essential duties:
- Answer and route calls
- Maintain the Independent Contractor program
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- New employee onboarding
- Cash receipts and contacting accounts receivable
- Other duties as necessary
- Schedule, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational habits and be very detail-oriented
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint
