Full Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant, who thrives in a high-impact environment. This position is vital to our business, as it is the face of our company and a representation of who we are.
Ideal candidates enjoy doing a variety of tasks, have a team-player attitude, are hard working, and dependable. The administrative assistant supports our VP, People & Performance as well as our Account Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; and by maintaining security
- Perform data entry
- Coordinate ordering of office and kitchen supplies
- Perform administrative duties such as schedule deliveries, run errands, filing, etc.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
- Be proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Answer multi-line phones
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and articulate, will have initiative and excellent follow-up skills, and will be sufficiently flexible to take on a wide range of administrative duties.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience supporting an individual or team
- Operate office machines or equipment such as PC/printer, application software, and photocopier
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be punctual and a hard worker
