Guardian Angel Research Center is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization.

Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with various administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, copiers) and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
