Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.
  • Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support.
  • Maintain and update patient medical records with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Process patient registrations and verify insurance information.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a patient service or healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
