Barens, Inc., a division of BE Power Equipment USA, is a nationally recognized leader in the sale of pressure parts and accessories with shipping locations in Seneca, PA and Ft. Mohave, Arizona.
We are currently seeking an energetic individual with a strong work ethic to complement our inside sales and customer service staff in our Seneca, PA Sales Office. The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Handle incoming sales orders.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Enter orders in our system quickly and accurately.
- Work with other members of our staff to rectify service issues.
- Advise customers on product and service questions.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely, effective manner.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with our customers.
- Work with our Outside Sales Team to identify new customer opportunities.
- Work with purchasing staff to price and order non-stock items from vendors.
- Contact vendors to acquire pricing and product information for customers.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 2 years of customer service / inside sales experience.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and ERP software an asset.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in the English language.
- You are legally able to work in the USA.
- You have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
