Are you an experienced Head of Sales who has built, and managed, high performing teams of A-players? Do you have a track record of leading Teams that exceed their sales targets? Are you ready to nurture and drive a Sales Team through its next phase of growth?
We are seeking a dynamic, direct and experienced Head of Sales who will be responsible for building a team of exceptional sales professionals and directing them in the development of their individual sales plans to meet the company sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- Minimum 10 years sales management experience with a history of building and coaching a high performing sales team.
- Must have 5+ Years of experience in the Experiential Marketing or Custom Design & Build industries
- Experience in handling - and coaching others to handle - consultative selling
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

- Recruits, hires, and trains A-players to deliver on Sales goals
- Provides constructive coaching daily to team members
- Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Work collaboratively across teams inclusive of Marketing, Project Management and Fabrication
- Builds and maintains long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Creates effective dashboards and metrics reporting to communicate progress against goals to senior management
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Investigate industry-specific trends
- Develops strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.
- Strategically targets and cultivates new client partnerships
- Manages key agency accounts as Account Director, working with Marketing, Project Management, Design & Tech Leads to ensure flawless execution and fulfillment of client objectives
