Full Job Description

As talent acquisition coordinator, you are the first impression of the Caring for Family of Companies. Your work enables us to empower the independence and ability of our clients to remain in their homes.

Our branches depend on your prompt and diligent work, reaching and responding to candidates, ushering them through the pre-hire process, and maintaining the related records in appropriate databases. Professional and efficient communication is at the core of this work, relaying information between candidates and our interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify candidates for applied and available opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct pre-screens & interviews.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for staffing needs and share qualified candidates with various hiring managers.
  • Acquire, maintain, and organize candidate records in multiple systems focused on discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate company compensation, culture, and job offers accurately.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven document/data organization skills
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in applicant tracking or human resource information systems (Paychex, Workday, iCIMS, Workable, etc.)
  • Experience in talent sourcing through talent acquisition software, social media, in-person networking, and events.
