The Talent Acquisition Specialist will use their creativity and passion for connecting people to meaningful work by sourcing and engaging top talent for Rea & Associates. Through innovative recruiting methods and personalized outreach, they will build a strong pipeline of candidates who align with the firm’s mission and values. By fostering positive candidate experiences and promoting the firm’s culture, they will help attract exceptional talent and contribute to Rea & Associates’ growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Assess candidates’ information, including resume, skills, and qualifications utilizing our applicant tracking system
- Conduct phone screens, administer assessments, and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria in different practice areas and firm locations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support throughout the hiring process
- Source applicants through posting job opportunities, social media, Boolean search, referrals, recruitment events, campus recruitment, networking, online channels and other professional networks
- Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint and promote the firm
- Manage strategic relationships with external organizations as an opportunity to attract and identify diverse talent pipelines
- Build talent pipelines to fill current and future hiring needs
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Assist with on-site job fairs and recruitment events at various locations
- Maintain documentation and capture relevant data in our applicant tracking system, within compliance guidelines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of recruitment planning, recruitment strategy, search, screening, assessment, and evaluation
- Ability to utilize recruiting and office technology
- Professionalism and discretion while working with highly confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Ability to travel within the state of Ohio on a seasonally frequent basis representing the firm at colleges, universities, and various recruitment events
