Customer Success Manager

Submarine House, a leading provider of submarine sandwiches, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager at Submarine House, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. You will work closely with various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure that our customers' needs are met and that they derive maximum value from our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and success throughout their journey with our company
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
• Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage and best practices
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or risks

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer success or account management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge of customer success principles and best practices
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
