Spartan Plumbing, LLC in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a Call By Call Manager to oversee our plumbing sales operations and service team. Are you an expert manager? - Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Drive Sales and Installation Productivity to meet daily targets
- Ensure Daily KPIs are achieved
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee training of new employees
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Benefits

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year
