Are you a talented and motivated Business Development Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Luxium Solutions, LLC is actively seeking an engaging professional to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Oil and Gas industry. Collaborating closely with our Global Marketing and Technical departments, you will ensure the successful execution of our programs, meeting the needs and expectations of our valued customers.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional relationship-building skills, along with a strategic mindset and a passion for business growth. As a crucial member of our team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of existing accounts, while actively pursuing new prospects and high-value opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Identify product needs and effectively communicate requirements to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver timely and accurate responses to their requests.
  • Research, identify, and develop new sales opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Assist in the development of quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales at favorable margins.
  • Resolve customer issues related to product quality, payment, or credit terms.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing, with support from marketing and management.
  • Facilitate customer visits, providing insights on applications and technology.
  • Stay updated on changes in clients' situations, ensuring proactive and responsive support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree, preferably a Master of Business Administration.
  • Eight years’ experience in a technical industry with a combination of sales/product/marketing/management.
  • Possess high level computer skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills.
  • Experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry, preferred
  • The ideal candidate can live in the Southern Part of the United States- Texas-Mississippi- Louisiana
  • Position based in Hiram, Ohio and will be required to frequently travel to the plant.
