Full Job Description
Our partner, a prominent firm specializing in audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Cleveland, OH office. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for practice leaders and their teams.
- Assist in producing client and firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for partners and staff.
- Handle reporting tasks and review client invoices using the firm's practice management system.
- Develop proficiency in firm systems like WYN, LCvista, etc.
- Arrange conference rooms and necessary equipment for meetings and events.
- Assist with administrative projects and tasks as needed.
- Maintain frequent communication with all levels of the organization.
- Support operational procedures related to cost report submission for the Healthcare practice.
- Assist with office-level support needs in Cleveland.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
