Account Manager

TERRITORY WILL COVER: Springboro, Miamisburg and West Carrollton, Ohio

City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for every client. We are looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers within a territory, develop new business from existing clients (upselling) and actively seek new sales opportunities. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM) and have a flair for client communication we’d like to meet you!

This position provides field support including training, guidance with starting new clients, troubleshooting customer request/complaints, coordinating site visits and develop long term relationships with clients and contractors. Serve as the local point of contact with clients and perform inspections on all accounts on a scheduled basis to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards. Manage, expand and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities and the ability to determine pricing, staffing and logistics. Supervise and direct Account Compliance Manager(s); ensure the client’s strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 – 5 year’s sales/management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.

TRAVEL

• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

This is a territory based opportunity and mileage is reimbursed at $ 0.625/per mile (capped at $450/month).
