Baesman Group, a nationally recognized provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution is seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our team.

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of a business by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and strategically positioning the company in the market. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a strong creative ability to secure new meetings from C-suite to procurement.   This a perfect role for someone with prior agency sales experience as the services you will be selling are customer engagement strategy and planning, loyalty programs, customer acquisition & nurturing, analysis & reporting, database hosting & management along with direct mail, fulfillment, and other services as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers.

 

Ø  Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with prospective clients. Engage with C-Suite executives to understand their business needs and challenges. Leverage industry knowledge to position our solutions effectively and create value for clients.

 

Ø  Needs Assessment and Solution Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and pain points of clients. Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

 

Ø  Solution Presentation and Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the company's products or services. Articulate the unique value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings. Address client queries and concerns effectively.

 

Ø  Pursuit Planning and Proposal Coordination: Develop comprehensive pursuit plans for key opportunities, outlining strategies for success. Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals.

 

Ø  Negotiation and Closure: Assist in the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and ensuring a win-win outcome.  Drive opportunities through the sales pipeline to successful closure.

 

Ø  Direct to Customer Marketing: An understanding of driving client business by marketing direct to the customer through email, sms and direct mail channels. Passionate about helping customers build deeper connections with their customers.

Ø  Marketing Tools: Enter all information into the CRM platform, execute on ABM journey’s as directed by the Sales Manager. You’re strong technically and are comfortable using Teams, Powerpoint and Hubspot experience is a plus!

Requirements

Ø  Proven experience as an Account Executive/ Business Development Representative or in a similar role.

Ø  Self-starter that knows creative ways to start and build new relationships.  

Ø  Demonstrated success in securing new clients and meeting revenue targets.

Ø  Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into solutions.

Ø  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ø  Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with C-Suite executives.

Ø  Proven track record of developing pursuit plans and coordinating proposal opportunities.

Ø  Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø  Agency sales experience a plus!
