Senior Accountant

Our facility offers unparalleled shooting sports experiences, and we are looking for a dedicated accounting professional who thrives on accuracy and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain best practice accounting controls and systems
• Manage remote accounting team
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger, and inventory accounting
• Perform month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a controller or similar role in the retail industry
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 10 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel user
• Experience in retail and/or hospitality industries considered a plus
• Data entry skills and a knack for numbers
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
