Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring top technical talent. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various technology roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to meet the organization’s technical staffing needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Oversee the screening and interviewing process, ensuring candidates are evaluated based on technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven improvements.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development, IT infrastructure, and data analysis.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech environment or startup.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
