Keystone Consulting Group is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! In this full-time or part-time, remote position, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier technical talent for our clients across the United States.

What You Will Need:

• 4-5 years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting, placing candidates in engineering and IT roles like software/computer engineers, mechanical engineers, IT support, and product designers (UX/UI).
• Strong understanding of various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience conducting video interviews using platforms like Zoom and Teams, as well as phone screenings and interviews.
• A proven track record of successful collaboration with hiring managers and HR professionals to fill open positions efficiently.

Requirements

What You Will Do:

• Report to the Senior Recruiting Manager and achieve pre-established recruiting goals.
• Source both actively and passively for top technical talent using various methods.
• Utilize strong time management skills to manage the entire recruiting process, including keeping recruiting managers informed for backup and training purposes.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to match the right candidates with the right opportunities – quickly!
