ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Cover Reception area duties include: Answering phone, updating calendar arrangements, scheduling messenger requests, notifying Agents when packages have arrived, emailing office attendance to office, emailing office regarding unclaimed commission checks, updating office directory, reviewing licenses & continuing education for filing. Making sure the front desk and all conference rooms are fully organized and ready for meetings.
· Create a collaborative environment as a liaison between Agents and Departments within the organization, including Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.
· Accurately type, prepare and coordinate copying of board packages as instructed by Agents.
· Provide administrative support to Agents, which includes generating exclusive agreements, extensions, leases, riders, letters, deal summaries, commission bills, dividers; as well as, copying, faxing, assisting with mailings, etc.
· Assist Agents with sending out Messengers.
· Ensure consistency and standards are met on all work products.
· Provide back-up administrative support as needed.
· Assist with special projects as needed.
· Knowledge of the Listings Database; how to enter listings, update Open Houses, conduct price adjustments, and alter web or online alterations.
Requirements
- Professional and courteous demeanor with exceptional communication, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Must possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, PDF Converter, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate excellent working knowledge of ReSource, Data Entry & BHSONE.
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization.
- Strong organizational/time management skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet designated deadlines.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years or more of real estate or related industry experience highly desirable.
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience required, preferably in Real Estate or Sales

The salary range for this role is $46,000-$50,000
