Full Job Description
LaBella Associates is currently seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant for our Ballston Spa, NY office.
Duties
• Answering and screening incoming calls
• Receiving visitors at front desk
• Receiving and sorting mail
• Maintaining office equipment (troubleshooting, calling for repairs)
• Order supplies for office
• Organizing and scheduling meetings/luncheons (internal and external)
• Perform other receptionist / administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, typing/formatting reports, proposals and general correspondence and taking meeting minutes.
• Provide support to field and office staff.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment (printers and fax machines)
• Proficient in all MS Office Programs
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
Salary Range: ($20-$24/hr.)
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
