About the Role
Arthur is looking for an operations manager to support and scale our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful strategies and support for our internal teams to ensure that we’re running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tackling new problems as they arise and bringing order to newly developing operational needs, and is excited to help our team successfully navigate these challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Own the high-level management of Arthur’s supporting service vendor operations (including those responsible for bookkeeping and finance, legal services, et al.)
- Create cross-functional strategies to ensure our internal teams work well and interact effectively with each other
- Co-own internal reports related to company revenue and organizational planning
- Write and communicate internal business updates from our leadership team to the company
- Help to manage and run Arthur’s internal and external events
- Ensure that our accounts payable and receivable functions run smoothly
- Manage compliance checklists with our internal teams
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience, with a focus on operations management or similar
- Experience managing relationships with vendors and external contractors
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to wear different hats and stay on top of multiple initiatives at once
- Strong and effective communication skills
- A high aptitude for proactive problem-solving and tackling new challenges as they arise
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to navigate the challenges of an early stage startup
You May Also Have (Nice to have)
- Experience managing communication and updates with investors and external stakeholders
- Direct / hands-on experience managing financial workstreams

- Our target base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000, based on your depth of experience and how your skills align with role requirements
