Online Booking Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee online booking requests from clients, ensuring accurate data entry and processing
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm bookings and provide detailed information regarding services offered
• Maintain and update the online booking system, ensuring all services are current and available
• Provide customer support to address inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless booking experience for clients
• Analyze booking trends and provide feedback for improving the booking process
• Assist with marketing initiatives related to promoting online booking services
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with online booking systems or software is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
