Online Booking Assistant

Plumber Brother is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Booking Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online bookings for our plumbing services, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience from the moment they reach out to us. This position is essential in helping us maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate online bookings, ensuring all customer requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, availability, and booking procedures through various online channels.
• Maintain and update the online scheduling system to reflect real-time availability of our plumbing professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any booking-related questions or concerns.
• Work closely with the service team to communicate required appointment details and ensure a smooth service delivery.
• Analyze booking trends to help improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in scheduling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using online booking systems and basic office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in the plumbing or service industry is a plus, but not required.
