Role Overview:  

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in customer facing communications and a proven track record in data center planning and construction. Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing customer base in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment, with plenty of room for professional development and career advancement. 

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes. You’ll work closely with our internal Product, Engineering & Research, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our strategic customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage High-Volume Communication: Efficiently handle interactions across video calls, email, phone, messenger apps, and site visits. 
  • Proactive Project Management: Independently manage accounts, ensuring customer success and long-term outcomes. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Design customer success journeys and contribute to our Customer Success playbook. 
  • Create Enablement Materials: Develop training videos, presentations, and resources to support customer onboarding and adoption. 
  • Customer Collaboration & Feedback: Conduct interviews, gather feedback, and align product solutions with customer goals. 
  • Learning & Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of Foresight's product offerings, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices. 
  • Teaching & Onboarding: Educate customers to maximize Foresight's value. Optimize product configuration for seamless onboarding, and lead meetings, demos, and training sessions. 
  • Change Management: Drive digital transformation, collaborate with clients, and resolve roadblocks to ensure success. 
  • Support Revenue Growth: Focus on retention, adoption, and account expansion. Collaborate with sales from the start, wearing multiple hats as needed. 
  • Product Improvements: Share customer insights with the product team, including feature requests and feedback. 
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Contribute to the go-to-market team by providing success stories, case studies, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • A proven track record in data center planning and construction.  
  • Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential. 
  • Proven academic excellence in technical fields, with a minimum of an undergraduate degree. 
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. 
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions, manage diverse stakeholder relationships, and approach challenges with empathy, patience, and effective communication skills. 
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations. 
  • Enthusiasm for automation and leveraging technology in your role. 
  • Diligence and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically.  
  • Serious athletic or military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, resilience, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
