Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact
• Proactively identify and address customer needs and ensure their success and satisfaction
• Provide training and onboarding to new customers to ensure they are equipped to maximize the value of our products
• Monitor customer usage and engagement and provide insights and recommendations to drive adoption
• Manage customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and Q&A sessions with customers
• Stay up-to-date with product features and industry trends to effectively communicate updates and best practices to customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer success or account management role
• Strong passion for customer satisfaction and success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer escalations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
