Full Job Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executives of Jammer Door. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

• Screen and direct phone calls and emails

• Maintain and organize executive files and documents

• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events

• Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets and expense reports

• Conduct research and compile data for various projects

• Assist with HR and onboarding processes

• Perform general office management tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple priorities

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
