Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their onboarding and post-onboarding phases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
  • Create and deliver training sessions or workshops to help clients use our services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Monitor client engagement metrics and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze client data to prepare reports and present insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools to track client interactions and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think critically to find effective solutions.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive approach to identifying their needs.
