Position Summary

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the central point of contact and advocate within OrganOx for our new customers. Customer Success Managers are the bridge between sales and customer success. You will provide support for transitioning prospects into active users, often acting as a go-between with other departments within your company, such as marketing or product management. In addition to supporting clients during onboarding, you will foster long term relationships to drive extended customer success.

A good Customer Success Manager must have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and easily grasp new software applications. You should also be able to communicate clearly with customers to create strategies that grow our customer base. Customer Success Managers also work closely with Sales Representatives to close deals and identify upsell opportunities with their client book.
