Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential guests and members
• Actively promote and sell vacation packages, memberships, and other offerings
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Conduct property tours and showcase resort amenities to potential customers
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and implement marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our resorts in the market

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
