Certified Medical Assistant

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance forms. In addition, you will assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures, prepare and administer medications as directed, take and record vital signs and medical histories, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and exam rooms. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High School/GED
• 2 years in a formal Medical Assistant curriculum, special training for Medical Assistants (2+ years)
• 3 years of demonstrated relevant experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical setting (3+ years)
• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  

Pay

• $20 to $22 per hour
