Full Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Triage onboarding experience, primarily for our traveling healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role integrates new hires into Triage. They ensure that all required new paperwork is completed and that new employees are familiar with company policies and procedures. Their role is crucial in providing positive and efficient onboarding experience to set new employees up for success.
Requirements
Major Position Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation and kits for new hires.
- Collect, organize, and process new hire paperwork in UKG, including employee agreements, payroll forms, and I-9/E-Verify documentation.
- Oversee and maintain I-9/E-Verify compliance procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries.
- Follow up with new hires to ensure completion of any outstanding onboarding paperwork.
- Collaborate with the Benefits, Training, and other teams to ensure a seamless and supportive hiring and onboarding experience.
- Confirm that each Healthcare Professional (HCP) has a signed assignment contract.
- Upload I-9 and E-Verify documents into the CRM system in accordance with Compliance requirements.
- Inform the Benefits Team of any changes to new hire start dates.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in completing I-9 and E-Verify documentation for new hires and rehires.
- In-depth understanding of I-9 and E-Verify compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with onboarding best practices, including I-9 completion and handling new hire paperwork.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and relevant state and federal payroll regulations.
- Proficient in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Ability to empathize with new hires and provide tailored guidance based on their needs.
- Consistently adheres to established onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and the ability to audit work effectively.
- Skilled in interpreting, adapting, and applying written procedures and policies.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive and personal information.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or professional experience.
- Associate degree preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Passion for following processes and consistency.
- Working knowledge of I-9 compliance and federal employment verification regulations.
