Role Description:
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our business. This full-time on-site position focuses on inside sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with management to identify opportunities, promote IPS Assembly’s services, and foster meaningful client connections. The expected start date is early in the New Year (January 2025 or sooner), depending on candidate availability.
Compensation Details:
This role includes a base salary range of $70,000 - $120,000, dependent on qualifications and interview performance. Additionally, the position offers a commission-based incentive structure.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in customer account management and achieving sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer account management.
- Must be a U.S. citizen (due to contractual/regulatory requirements).
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong inside sales and lead generation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Very strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge or experience in electronics or manufacturing is highly preferred.
