Full Job Description
We are seeking a confident, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the AIM Sales Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for qualifying new inbound leads, sourcing outbound leads, and re-engaging existing leads already in our database. Your goal is to turn these engagements into meetings and new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales role, a proven record of exceeding targets, and a good understanding of the sales process. The SDR candidate will require exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on detail.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Research and identify potential automotive suppliers' prospects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including market research, cold calling, partner channels, and email outreach.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up introductory meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, automotive initiatives, and procurement processes to better position our software.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications with potential clients in our CRM system.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in software sales, automotive supplier knowledge a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research and lead generation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
