Position Summary

As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant. You will work closely with the plant management team to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment as a Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
